They immediately put all of us at ease, and delivered efficient, loving care. Medications were monitored and ordered as needed, the living area was kept tidy, we had daily written notes, and every person that came into the house was cheerful. I want to thank you for your excellent service in the care of my 97 and 98 year old parents. You can arrange to be there when they are in need of help, without much notice. I have been in the emergency room with one parent only to find I need your assistance with the parent at home and you have it arranged within hours. Your caregivers are all excellent. They have assisted my parents with their dressing, bathroom help, cleaning their apartment, giving medications, preparing meals, etc., and the list goes on. Your caregivers do this with compassion and expertise. Please use me as a reference at any time

The letter is to thank you and your staff for the excellent service in the 24/7 care provided for my father to keep him in his home until his passing. Since day one when we signed the contract agreements, I was able to sense your compassion in caring for the elderly. It was very assuring to me knowing I would receive the assistance needed to relieve me of some additional stress in handling my elderly parent's affairs. You worked a plan for me that was workable not only for my father's needs but also considering my elderly mother also being in the home. You provided me with three excellent young men who rotated shifts. All three young men exhibited the same compassion, respect and dignity in service for the elderly as you modeled for your agency. All three caregivers went beyond their duties in providing in home care not only for my father but also gave oversight for my mother. They always stayed well connected with me on a daily basis and reported any health areas that needed attention. The kept my father well-groomed and both parents well feed. They made sure all medications were taken as directed by the doctor. They monitored well anyone entering or attempting to enter their home. Which exhibited a strong concern for my parent's safety. They always pick up not only after themselves but also for my parents. Their home was always clean and everything kept in order. As a county government employee with a department that serves the County of Ventura, your agency models the same vision in striving for quality service to our citizens. My Mother suffered a serious fall and hospitalization in her 92nd year. When she returned to assisted living, her home for the previous 7 years, she was a fall risk. I spent the first few nights at her bedside to make sure she was safe but realized this was not sustainable. On very short notice, within 12 hours. Cheryl of A Plus had arranged a team to manage her bedside care 24 hours a day. The women at her side were the kindness. most compassionate, modest but competent people we could ever have hoped for. They established a warm relationship with my Mother. They played games with her, read to her, joked with her, held her hand and made sure she was clean, dry, out of pain and moved every 2 hours. They kept meticulous notes of all comings and goings, of all her events and her expressions. I can not adequately express what a comfort this was to the family. We came daily, and saw how well it was going. We spoke to the night shift every morning for an update, and we know they did what we could not mixed compassion with warmth and skills so important to have a healing environment. We are forever in their debt.
